Develop a brand and storytelling that communicates a completely new approach to healthcare. Make the audience aware of the benefits of such an approach and compete with the mainstays of a saturated healthcare market. Create a brand that feels new and different within the industry, yet doesn’t confuse the audience.
After thorough research and benchmarking, we identified the brand strategy and key messaging. The new name reflects the positioning as a completely different healthcare provider. The logo reflects the key strategic pillars - holistic approach, community and happiness, and inspires a vibrant identity reflected in the communication and interior design of the clinics, providing the customers with a refreshing and comfortable experience.
We also created an animated brand video, telling a story of Joe, a fictional Dubai resident and his family, benefitting from HealthHub solutions. This helped establish the brand’s human, casual tone of voice.
In a series of launch activations, the audience got familiar with HealthHub innovations through humorous guerilla-style performances and making-friends-with-neighbours activities.
We received an excellent response from early patients who expressed interest across multiple services.
